Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service.

Duties

  • Safely operate vehicles to transport freight and materials to designated locations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and any incidents that occur during transport.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving in various weather conditions.
  • Assist with basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.

Skills

  • Proven 3 year experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
