We're currently seeking a dedicated AZ/DZ Driver to join our year-round team. This role combines winter snow removal operations with summer-season hauling and equipment transport for our landscaping and construction projects.

We're looking for that rare unicorn of a driver who's not afraid to get their hands dirty, be safe, stay busy, and take pride in a fast-paced, ever-changing workday.

Qualifications:

  • Valid AZ or DZ driver's license with clean abstract.
  • Experience with snow removal operations an asset (training can be provided).
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Must be available for early morning or on-call snow events in the winter.
