Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces, including floors, counters, and appliances

  • Assist with daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash and recycling
  • Deep clean kitchen areas, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators, as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and maintain a clean kitchen

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitizing procedures
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning environment
  • Food safety certification (e.g., Food Safety Certification, HACCP)
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
