We offer a variety of automated cells, turntables, Ferris wheels, headstocks, and tailstocks. Additionally, we supply tool changers and grippers to accommodate diverse operational needs.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Zoho CRM Specialist located in Toronto, ON. The Zoho CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Zoho CRM system to enhance sales and marketing processes. Daily tasks include data entry, customization of CRM fields, workflow automation, generating reports, providing user support, and training staff on best practices. The role will also involve analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM, workflow automation, and data management
- Experience with data analysis, report generation, and identifying trends
- Strong understanding of CRM customization and user support
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the robotics or industrial automation industry is a plus
