and other legacy planning tools.

About the Role

We're looking for a personable, articulate, and organized
Outreach Specialist
to help us connect with professionals, philanthropists, and organizations who could benefit from our expertise. You'll be making outreach calls and sending follow-up emails to a range of contacts – including charitable organizations, board members, donors, professional advisors, and other potential partners – to introduce our work and set up introductory meetings for our advisory team. Note: this is not a hard-sell, the focus is on learning about each organization's charitable goals and discussing how we can help them attract more funding and maximize donations through innovative giving strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful, purpose-driven conversations, works independently, and brings professionalism to every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Make outreach calls to organizations and individuals (charities, board members, philanthropists, professionals, etc.) across Canada.
  • Introduce our firm's services and campaigns (e.g., charitable giving strategies, legacy planning, or partnership initiatives).
  • Qualify interest and schedule introductory meetings with our senior advisors.
  • Maintain accurate call notes and follow-ups in our CRM (Zoho).
  • Send follow-up emails, information packages, and track engagement.
  • Provide feedback and insights from conversations to help refine messaging.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional phone presence.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with senior-level contacts.
  • Organized, reliable, and self-motivated in a remote environment.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is an asset: wealth management, philanthropy, fundraising, insurance, or appointment setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho experience is an asset, but not required).
