Basin Solutions is growing + looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in fast moving environments, knows how to build strong relationships and enjoys the search for great people. We work across skilled trades, engineering, corporate and executive roles and we take pride in finding talent that fits both the work and the culture.

This is a role for someone who is organized, resourceful and comfortable being the face of our brand with clients and candidates. You will be joining a team that works hard, communicates openly and spends a lot of time outside once the laptops close, whether that is mountain biking, fishing, camping or exploring the mountains.

What You Will Do


• Own full cycle recruitment for skilled trades, technical and corporate roles

• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through headhunting, networking and referrals

• Conduct pre screens, interviews and reference checks

• Partner directly with clients to understand role requirements and hiring plans

• Manage job postings, shortlists and offer coordination

• Maintain our ATS and help keep our systems organized

• Represent Basin Solutions with professionalism, confidence and a human approach

What We Are Looking For


• 2 to 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience

• Strong sourcing skills and comfort with headhunting

• Excellent communication and organization

• Someone who enjoys building relationships and talking to people

• A team player with strong follow through and attention to detail

• Someone who fits our culture and enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle
