Position Overview

As
Property Administrator
, you will manage lease records, process tenant requests, and assist with financial reporting. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate lease and tenant records in
    Yardi
    .
  • Process tenant requests and coordinate with property managers.
  • Prepare and review invoices, statements, and reports.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and company policies.
  • Support construction and maintenance coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to property management team.

Desired Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in property administration or related role.
  • Proficiency in
    Yardi
    is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingual (French & English)
    , written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
