Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Counsel located in Mississauga, ON. The Litigation Counsel will handle legal matters, including representing clients in court proceedings, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and managing legal issues related to litigation. The individual will also engage in negotiations and ensure the highest standards of client representation are upheld.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and application of Law and Legal Issues
- Experience in providing expert Legal Advice and managing complex legal matters
- Familiarity with Courts and legal proceedings
- Strong Negotiation skills to effectively represent and advocate for clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Licensed to practice law in Ontario
- Experience in litigation or a related field is an asset
