Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and food preparation, with a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods. As a Baker, you will play a key role in creating delicious products that delight our customers while ensuring adherence to food safety and handling standards. OVERNIGHT SHIFTS

Duties

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, according to established recipes.
  • Ensure all food safety and handling procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and ensure the availability of ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the baking area, including equipment and utensils.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant kitchen is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
  • Proficiency in baking techniques,
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn new skills within the food industry.
