Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable experienced baker who is passionate about the art of baking and eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen. This role involves preparing a variety of breads, baked goods and maintaining product quality. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through delicious products and excellent service.

**Hiring for night shift, starting at 2:00am until 10:00am**

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in the food industry, specifically in preparing and baking bread.
  • Prepare and bake a variety breads and pastries from scratch.
  • Follow and improve upon existing recipes and techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standard.

Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience.
  • Strong understanding of baking techniques, dough handling, proofing, and oven work.
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Food Safety Certification is an asset.
  • Passion for baking and a positive team attitude.
