Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, along with the ability to perform maintenance and repairs on various mechanical systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC equipment and perform necessaryrepairs or replacements.
  • Collaborate with other trades such as plumbing and electrical to complete complex projects.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to understand system layouts and specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
  • Familiarity with plumbing, welding, boiler systems, appliance repair, and construction practices is preferred.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
