Flare is a breakout cybersecurity Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company with a mission to empower organizations to take control of their data and protect their customers, employees and brand by shedding light on external threats. We enable cybersecurity teams to proactively detect high-risk external exposure across the dark and clear web, before threat actors have a chance to leverage it. We unify the core functionalities of cyber threat intelligence and external attack surface management into a single, intuitive platform.

TL;DR: We are a bunch of geeks who help protect our clients' data (and people in their network) by locating cyber risks.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving go to market product launches and enabling our sales team to convey Flare's value to prospects and customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Roughly 70% of the time:

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) product launches, following Flare's established frameworks.
  • Drive sales enablement for Flare products across multiple GTM functions — including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure successful launches and create a strong foundation for achieving revenue objectives.

Roughly 30% of the time:

  • Provide product marketing support to Flare's channel partners across reseller, MSSP, and global systems integrator (GSI) contexts.
  • Analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to refine positioning and content, driving higher win rates.
  • Work strategically to align and position Flare's product with the emerging Threat Exposure Management (TEM) market and position it as a category leader.

You'll Be a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing or adjacent functions such as product management, sales enablement, technical marketing, or analyst relations.
  • Proven experience owning or playing a leading role in successful GTM product launches.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, sales motions, and the broader market; experience in threat intelligence, exposure management, or related product categories is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — product marketing is a highly cross-functional role, and success depends on the ability to collaborate, influence, and align diverse teams.
  • Strong writing skills and a journalistic mindset — able to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content across multiple formats and mediums.
