Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Fitness Studio Assistant to support our daily operations in a boutique fitness environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy wellness, movement, customer service, and working with people. The assistant will help maintain smooth studio flow, greet clients, support class preparation, and assist with light administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and create a welcoming studio atmosphere

  • Assist with class setup (mats, equipment, studio organization)

  • Support instructors during busy periods

  • Help with check-ins and general client communication

  • Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure a professional environment

  • Assist with light administrative tasks as needed

  • Occasionally support studio events and special classes

  • Contribute to positive client experience and studio culture

Qualifications

  • Friendly, positive, and professional

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Interest in fitness, Pilates, wellness, or movement (asset but not required)

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

  • Movement background (dance, sports, yoga, cheer, etc.) is an asset

  • Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus

  • Customer service experience is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
