As the Studio Manager’s right hand, you will get to know the ropes as well as know your members’ names, step in when your manager steps out, balance each other’s strengths, and set goals and surpass them.ResponsibilitiesGreeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledgePresenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasksGenerate traffic and leadsGiving studio toursWorking hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workoutSelling memberships to help the studio thriveFollowing up on prospective clientsHandling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolutionParticipating in marketing and outreach eventsEnsuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organizedEqual OpportunityOrangetheory Fitness is committed to being an equal employer and a leader in supporting and valuing the diversity of the people, organizations, and communities we serve.
