Key Responsibilities

Brand Marketing & Execution

  • Development and execution of the BoomerangFX brand across all marketing channels
  • Help maintain brand guidelines, messaging, positioning, and visual consistency
  • Execute brand campaigns that support product marketing, sales, and growth initiatives

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Execute email campaigns across lifecycle, nurture, product, and promotional initiatives
  • Build and manage workflows using HubSpot or similar tools (segmentation, automation, A/B testing)
  • Monitor performance metrics including open rates, CTR, and conversions

Social Media & Community

  • Support organic and paid social media efforts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement
  • Assist with influencer, creator, and external social partnerships

Content & Copywriting

  • Create and edit marketing content including blogs, landing pages, email copy, case studies, social content, and product messaging
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and conversion goals

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Support the identification and execution of partnerships with industry associations, vendors, influencers, and event partners
  • Coordinate co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, and speaking opportunities
  • Track partnership performance and support reporting on impact and ROI

Campaigns & Brand Initiatives

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and email
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to align messaging and timelines
  • Manage creative briefs, assets, and campaign execution end-to-end

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or integrated marketing
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments preferred
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, social media, content creation, and partnerships
  • Strong understanding of brand fundamentals, audience segmentation, and digital marketing metrics
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and execute with ownership and attention to detail
