QA Test Analyst - SAP HR/HCM:

On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a QA Test Analyst - SAP HR/HCM for an 8-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client's Toronto, Ontario office.

QA Test Analyst - SAP HR/HCM - Job Description:

The project aims to ensure that HR software meets functional requirements, identify and fix defects, and perform regression testing to maintain software functionality. The primary focus is on delivering high-quality services and support efficiently within project timelines and on budget.

QA Test Analyst - SAP HR/HCM - Responsibilities:


• Prepare, coordinate, and execute test cases for HR application system/integration changes.


• Troubleshoot and contribute to problem resolution when necessary.


• Assess QAT results and collaborate with the development group to resolve defects.


• Write QAT test documentation, including strategies, test cases, results, and exit reports.


• Forecast workday estimates for projects and business-as-usual activities.


• Consider the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture in day-to-day activities and decisions.

QA Test Analyst - SAP HR/HCM - Mandatory Skills:


• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM.


• 1-2+ years of experience as a QAT with test documentation skills.


• 5+ years of experience with Canadian Payroll year-end activities.


• Experience with integration functionality between SAP Payroll and SAP Finance.


• Strong Microsoft Office skills (VLOOKUP, pivots, databases).

QA Test Analyst - SAP HR/HCM – Nice-to-Have Skills:


• Business Analyst experience.


• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.


• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks.


• Intermediate SQL skills.


• Working knowledge of Jira.

QA Test Analyst - SAP HR/HCM – Assignment Length:

This is an 8-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

ASAP.

QA Test Analyst - SAP HR/HCM - Assignment Location:

Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Hybrid position with 2 days in the office (Monday and Thursday), subject to change based on business needs.
