We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Bilingual abilities and prior supervisory experience are highly valued to facilitate effective communication with diverse customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of sales goals
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing training & development to enhance performance
- Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory purchasing to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage Timecards, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase store visibility and sales
- Conduct interviews, participate in recruiting efforts with General manager, and assist in onboarding new staff members
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, returns, and inventory management
- Monitor store budget adherence and assist in financial planning and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within a fast food setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising, pricing strategies, and cash handling
- Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, Labor management, and administrative tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with customer service expertise
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity for multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
