We're looking for a smart, hardworking, and experienced Open Deck Fleet Dispatcher to join our dynamic operations team.

If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple priorities at once, and knows how to keep trucks and drivers moving efficiently — we want to hear from you

What You'll Do


• Plan, coordinate, and dispatch open-deck loads across North America


• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and partners


• Monitor fleet performance and ensure on-time delivery


• Solve problems on the go with professionalism and composure


• Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in open-deck or flatbed dispatching

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

A proactive, team-first attitude

Ability to work under pressure and make smart decisions fast
