Position Summary:
Clearpoint Health Network is seeking a Revenue and Billing Manager to lead full-cycle billing and accounts receivable operations across multiple centres. This role ensures accurate, timely billing and reconciliations—including physician billing, payments, and reporting—while providing leadership and support to the AR and billing teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong accounting expertise, leadership skills, and a focus on efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all billing, AR, and reconciliation processes across centres.
- Ensure billing accuracy, contract compliance, and timely claim processing.
- Lead cash applications, collections, and account adjustments.
- Prepare and analyze AR reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Support month-end close, audits, and continuous process improvements.
- Supervise and coach the billing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years' progressive experience in billing or AR, with 2+ years in supervision preferred.
- Canadian CPA designation (preferred).
- Strong technical accounting and reconciliation knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, XLOOKUP); Power BI an asset.
- Experience in healthcare or service-based environments preferred.
