Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Injury Lawyer. The Personal Injury Lawyer will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cases related to personal injuries and accidents. They will be responsible for communicating with clients and insurance companies, negotiating settlements and representing clients in court.

Qualifications

  • A law degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law
  • Previous experience in Personal Injury Law is required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of cases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, insurance companies and other attorneys
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with technology used in legal practice
  • Committed to providing compassionate, client-centered legal services
  • Experience with Immigration and Employment law is a plus
