Required Expertise:
Member of the Law Society of Ontario in Good Standing
With 2 years of experience in personal injury law, particularly in accident benefits, experience in insurance defense litigation and Tort is a plus.
Accountabilities:
- Manage files from intake to resolution, conduct regular file reviews, and maintain clear communication with clients with a compassionate approach.
- Detailed hands-on knowledge of (SABS), be Capable of completing various insurance forms, and manage Accident Benefit claims from start to finish
- ability to take command of many claims with confidence and precision.
- Strong decision-making powered by legal insight, critical thinking, and sound judgment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp attention to detail and an appetite for complex challenges.
- Skilled negotiator with the drive and confidence to settle and resolve claims effectively.
- To confidently attend and represent at court and tribunal matters, mediations, pre-trials, discoveries, and settlement conferences, ensuring perfectly filed, organized, and court-ready documentation at every stage
Salary: Range is from $80,000 - $120,000
per year, plus Medical Flex benefits and bonus
