About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI & Machine Learning Developer
with expertise in
AWS technologies
to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. You will be responsible for building and optimizing generative AI models, leveraging AWS's robust cloud ecosystem to create scalable and efficient machine-learning applications.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development & Model Deployment

• Design, develop, and fine-tune
  Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, GANs, VAEs, transformers)
  for various applications.
• Implement
  ML pipelines
  using AWS services such as
  SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, and Step Functions
  .
• Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency within AWS infrastructure.
• Utilize
  AWS Inferentia & Trainium
  to accelerate AI model training and inference.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Deploy and manage AI/ML workloads on
  AWS SageMaker, EC2, ECS, EKS, and Lambda
  .
• Design secure and scalable
  data pipelines
  using
  AWS Glue, S3, Redshift, and DynamoDB
  .
• Implement
  MLOps
  best practices, ensuring continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of models.
• Optimize resource utilization and cost management using AWS services like
  Auto Scaling, Cost Explorer, and CloudWatch
  .

Data Engineering & Processing

• Work with large-scale datasets using
  AWS Glue, EMR, Athena, and Redshift
  .
• Implement real-time data streaming and processing with
  Kinesis, Kafka, and AWS Lambda
  .
• Develop and manage feature stores for ML model training and inference.

Security, Compliance & Performance

• Ensure AI/ML solutions meet
  security, privacy, and compliance
  requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2).
• Implement
  IAM roles, encryption, and secure API endpoints
  for AI services.
• Monitor and debug AI/ML workloads using
  AWS CloudWatch, X-Ray, and Sagemaker Debugger
  .

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years
  of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on Generative AI.
• Strong programming skills
  in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Experience with AWS AI/ML stack
  (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, EC2, ECS, EKS).
• Expertise in LLMs, GPT models, diffusion models, and transformer architectures
  .
• Experience with
  MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and automated model monitoring
  .
• Hands-on experience in
  data engineering
  and working with structured/unstructured datasets.
• Strong understanding of
  cloud security, networking, and IAM policies
  .

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Experience with
  serverless AI architectures
  and
  multi-cloud AI deployment
  .
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g.,
  Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate
  ) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience with
  Reinforcement Learning (RLHF) and fine-tuning LLMs
  .
• Background in
  AI Ethics, Bias Mitigation, and Responsible AI Development
  .
