They're looking for a Senior Mining Engineer to manage and expand their North American mining practice. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in leading mining projects and the requisite soft skills to grow and manage a technical team.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead mining projects from start to finish - planning, costing, and on-site support.
  • Recommend mining methods, equipment, and workforce strategies that fit each project.
  • Build and manage a highly competent team.
  • Keep projects on track, on time and on budget.
  • Review technical work to make sure it meets quality and compliance standards.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and your team.
  • Solve technical challenges with practical, real-world solutions.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • A degree in Mining Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in mining or mine planning; ideally with a mix of operations and consulting work.
  • Solid understanding of mine operations and planning techniques.
  • Sharp analytical thinking and a knack for solving problems.
