We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and chop ingredients for dishes as per the chef's specifications.
  • Assist in preparing salads, sauces, and other menu items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen.
  • Stock and maintain supplies in the kitchen.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and ensure all kitchen equipment is properly sanitized.
  • Support other kitchen staff and assist with cooking as needed.
  • Adhere to portion control and recipe guidelines to ensure consistency in quality.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a prep cook, line cook, or similar role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 25Kgs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
