Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
Full Stack Developer
with strong experience in
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
and full-stack development. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the
Mufasa Platform
— a customized Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution built on AEM Assets. The role involves developing and maintaining AEM-based solutions, workflows, and integrations to ensure efficient digital asset management, governance, and delivery across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    digital asset management (DAM)
    solutions using
    Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets
    .
  • Customize
    components, templates, and workflows
    to support Mufasa platform's unique asset lifecycle needs.
  • Develop and maintain
    front-end and back-end
    applications integrated with AEM, ensuring seamless performance.
  • Integrate AEM Assets with
    enterprise systems
    such as marketing platforms, CDNs, and analytics tools.
  • Define and implement
    metadata schemas, tagging strategies, and folder structures
    for optimized asset discoverability and reuse.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to
    asset ingestion, delivery, and performance
    .
  • Ensure
    high availability and SLA adherence
    through proactive monitoring and timely incident resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, and IT) to gather requirements and deliver scalable, high-performance DAM solutions.
  • Support
    CI/CD pipelines, Agile & Sprint programs
    , and SDLC best practices.
  • Mentor and guide L2 team members for
    L3 technical delivery and operational excellence
    .
  • Stay up-to-date with
    AEM enhancements
    , Adobe's roadmap for DAM, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of
    Full Stack Development
    experience with proven expertise in
    Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    .
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of
    Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React
    , and modern web frameworks.
  • Proficient in
    SDLC, CI/CD
    , and
    Agile development methodologies
    .
  • Experience in
    AEM Assets customization
    , workflow automation, and integration with enterprise platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage
    cross-regional technical teams
    and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
    client-facing communication skills
    .
  • Experience in
    performance optimization, unit testing, and integration testing
    .
  • Understanding of
    digital rights management, retention policies
    , and compliance governance.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide
    Hyper-care support
    during key releases.
  • Manage service SLAs including
    availability and incident resolution
    .
  • Contribute to platform scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement
