This Support Worker position schedule will include a rotation of weekday and weekend; day and evening and overnight (sleep and awake) 8-12 hour shifts. Our Hines Creek rural locations provide a country living experience for our participants and staff, with duties that include supporting individuals with this lifestyle. This position entails working with a variety of individuals on their goals and requires a dynamic individual who can balance schedule changes gracefully and adapt to ever changing needs. Seeking a team player; must have good physical and mental health, be dynamic and a good communicator.

Support of individuals funded by PDD; concurrently need support with significant complex mental health, addictions, medical support, behavior support, judicial. Experience with PDD and complex mental health; specifically Schizophrenia and Borderline Personality Disorder required.

Positions to include support for daily life; life skills, personal care, appointments, program and emotional support, employment and community access while supporting individuals to manage their complex needs. Expectations include team and case load planning, daily documentation.

Must have leadership qualities, be organized, a good problem solver, RELIABLE, initiative and attention to detail. Must have the ability to work independently and within a team. Experience with support and outreach job capacities; an asset. Experience running a home; an asset. Must have a driver's license and vehicle, clean driving record.

Potential for growth and leadership roles. Wage dependent on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour - negotiable based on experience
