Salary: Base salary starting at $55,000, plus commission (negotiable depending on experience)

About Us

O'Donnell Enterprises is a family-owned forklift and material-handling equipment dealership serving Central and Southern Ontario since 1986. We provide equipment sales, rentals, service, parts, and operator training to a wide range of industrial and commercial clients.

We are growing and are looking to add a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to our team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Sales Representative to focus on growing our customer base in Barrie and South Western Ontario.

The ideal candidate is driven, professional, organized, independent and comfortable selling industrial equipment or similar B2B solutions.

You will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing existing accounts, and promoting our full range of products and services including forklifts, lift trucks, rental equipment, service plans, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout Barrie and nearby regions
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct on-site customer visits and equipment demonstrations
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and sales contracts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
  • Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Represent the O'Donnell Enterprises brand with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

  • Sales experience required (industrial, equipment, automotive, or B2B preferred)
  • Material handling sales experience is considered a major asset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Compensation

  • Base Salary: Starting at $55,000 (negotiable based on experience)
  • Commission: Offered on all sales; (negotiable based on experience)
