Outside Sales Representative

Barrie, ON

Our client, an independent distributor of electronic components, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and maintain client relationships across Ontario. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and gain experience in a high-energy, entrepreneurial sales environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Developing and maintaining a profitable customer portfolio through proactive outbound prospecting and relationship management
  • Conducting high-volume outbound calls and LinkedIn outreach to generate appointments and leads
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across electronics and manufacturing clients
  • Building a clear understanding of customer requirements to provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborating internally with purchasing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure service excellence
  • Attending client meetings and representing the company professionally

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, ideally within electronics distribution, industrial supply, or manufacturing (industry experience not required)
  • Proven success in generating leads and closing deals through outbound sales
  • Charismatic, confident, and professional communication style
  • Accountable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
