At Roslin, we are committed to green practices, which is why we use an environmentally friendly recycling process. The used cooking oil and grease collected from over 3,000 of our clients is filtered and processed at our facility in Princeton, Ontario. This processed oil is shipped by rail throughout North America and serves as a key ingredient in the production of biodiesel / renewable diesel. Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond oil and grease, as the wastewater from our plant is used as a fertilizer input for our commercial farms in Southwestern Ontario.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and help with our expansion goals in Barrie and Northern Ontario.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Self-motivation

  • 2 or more years of sales experience with a proven track record in sales

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Great communication skills - both verbal and written

  • Negotiation skills

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Required:

- Post secondary education in Marketing or Business Administration

  • Class G License and reliable vehicle

  • This position will require regular travel throughout the territory (Monday - Friday)

  • Participation in trade shows

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Generating and growing new business to successfully target audience to use our services

  • Scheduling in-person consultations with new and current clients

  • Taking necessary action to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner, with follow-up and verification that commitments were met

  • Meeting weekly targets

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
