We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness Grande Prair. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand's online presence and fostering a vibrant community of fitness enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Content Creation: Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to inspire and inform our community.

  • Community Engagement: Interact with our online audience by responding to comments and messages, fostering a sense of community and addressing member inquiries promptly.

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media strategies that align with our brand's goals and values.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Orangetheory Fitness's brand guidelines and messaging.



Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
