We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness Grande Prair. With over 1,400 studios worldwide, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and engaging environment for our members.  Key Responsibilities  Content Creation: Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to inspire and inform our community. Community Engagement: Interact with our online audience by responding to comments and messages, fostering a sense of community and addressing member inquiries promptly. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media strategies that align with our brand's goals and values. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Orangetheory Fitness's brand guidelines and messaging. Qualifications  Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
