We're looking for an experienced Cabinet Installer to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Our projects focus on interior fit-outs and renovations for commercial spaces, including grocery stores, offices, and retail environments. Most work is completed during night shifts, and the role involves travel across Western Canada — with all travel, lodging, and meal expenses fully covered.

What You'll Do

  • Install a variety of materials and fixtures, including:
  • Wall protection (plywood, plastic laminate, aluminum, ABS trim)
  • Fascia and display trims
  • Custom fillers, displays, and shelving
  • Customer service desks, washroom vanities, kitchenettes, and office cabinetry
  • Owner-supplied kiosks and décor packages
  • Ceiling struts and hanging décor supports
  • Lead or work within a small team (2–4 people) to complete projects efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Communicate effectively with site representatives and project managers
  • Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to all safety standards

Who You Are

  • A skilled cabinet installer with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Able to work independently or lead a small crew
  • Comfortable working night shifts and traveling for multi-day projects
  • Experienced in using a wide range of power and hand tools
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Capable of reading construction drawings and following detailed plans
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Additional Requirements

  • WHMIS certification (mandatory)
  • Other certifications such as First Aid, Fall Arrest, Aerial Lift, or Forklift Operation are an asset — training can be provided if needed
  • Personal hand tools and PPE required (company provides specialty tools)

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, primarily night shifts (8 PM–5 AM typical)
  • Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required
  • Pay: $20–$35/hour (based on experience)
  • Additional pay: Overtime pay + performance bonuses
