About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Installer to join our team. Most of our projects are commercial interior fit-outs and renovations for grocery stores, completed primarily on night shift.

This role also requires travel to various job sites across Western Canada. All travel expenses, lodging, and costs are fully covered.

If you have hands-on experience in millwork installation, commercial renovations, or cabinetry, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Install (Regular Tasks)

  • Wall protection: plywood, plastic laminate, aluminum trims, ABS trim
  • Fascia and display trims: plywood brackets, MDF/melamine faces, fillers
  • Custom fillers, displays, shelving
  • Customer service desks
  • Washroom vanities
  • Kitchenettes
  • Office counters and cabinets
  • Owner-supplied kiosks (pharmacy, bank, coffee shop, mobile, etc.)
  • Owner-supplied décor packages
  • Strut installations for hanging décor

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to complete projects on time despite jobsite challenges
  • Strong coordination skills with on-site representatives
  • Able to give updates, communicate needs, and adjust work based on site conditions
  • Experience leading a crew of 2–4 people
  • Ability to guide and train junior team members

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude
  • Work independently or as part of a team
  • Read and interpret blueprints/drawings
  • Learn and operate work-related software and technology
  • Follow established procedures and installation standards
  • Install both company-fabricated and client-supplied millwork
  • Follow safety protocols and meet quality expectations
  • Extensive knowledge of power and hand tools
  • Provide your own basic tools; additional tools provided by the company
  • Provide your own PPE
  • Work night shifts; occasional weekends and overtime as required
  • Reliable transportation to job sites in Calgary and surrounding areas
  • Willingness to work out of town for up to 6 weeks at a time

Additional Requirements

  • WHMIS certification (mandatory)
  • Other certifications (asset, not required to apply):
  • First Aid

Compensation

  • Wages based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
