Join us as a
Solution Architect
and shape the integration backbone of AI-powered SaaS. With 10–12 years of IT expertise — including at least 4 years in integration architecture — you will
design
and
implement
enterprise-grade integration solutions across diverse systems, platforms, and cloud environments. You will collaborate with business leaders, architects, and engineering teams to
build
scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures that enable seamless data and process flows for global enterprises.

How You'll Make an Impact

The selected person will represent Sirion for providing solution for Customer's integrating requirements. The person will be responsible for understanding the integration requirements, analyse alternate options and suggest the optimized integration solution. The person will own the solution delivery for Integration. The Consultant will define Integration Design / Solution Design document, and will engage with the customer for Successful delivery of the solution.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders

  Work
  closely with Customer Business and Technical personnel, business units, enterprise architects, and technical teams to
  translate
  integration requirements into actionable designs.
• Design & Architect End-to-End Solutions
  —
  Develop
  scalable, secure, and high-performing integration architectures aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards. Configure Low code Middleware projects to implement the use cases. Thorough knowledge of APIs, Web Services, Middlewares is a must.
• Understand Customer's Business requirements for integrations and suggest appropriate integration solution. Explain the B2B Usage to customers, handle their queries, provide solution to technical challenges that the customer may face.
• Establish Integration Best Practices

  Define

  enforce
  architecture principles, reusable patterns, and reference models to accelerate delivery and ensure consistency. Establish and maintain highly resilient, reusable, scalable, and standardized data integration patterns.
• Lead Solution Reviews

  Oversee
  architecture validation to ensure adherence to security, compliance, and scalability standards.
• Evaluate & Recommend Tools
  —
  Assess
  and
  select
  integration platforms, middleware, and technologies (e.g., APIs, ESB, ETL, EDI) to optimize enterprise interoperability.
• Enable Development Teams
  —
  Provide
  technical leadership and guidance to developers and testers for successful delivery.
• Troubleshoot & Optimize
  —
  Resolve
  complex integration challenges and
  implement
  strategies for performance improvement.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve
  —
  Monitor
  emerging technologies and
  introduce
  innovative approaches to strengthen integration strategies.

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

• Experience
  : 10–12 years of total experience with at least 4 years in integration architecture.
• Education
  : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Core Technical Expertise
  :
• Experience in Solution Design for enterprise customer integrations, preferably in CLM, ERP and CRM applications. Need experience in delivery in Customer facing Techno-Functional role.
• Proficiency in integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache NiFi, SAP CI, TIBCO, or Azure Logic Apps/API Management.
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP), Webhooks, Message Brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and associated integration services.
• Knowledge of enterprise data standards, security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, TLS), and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus Skills
  :
• TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification.
• Experience in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Hands-on integration monitoring and logging frameworks.
• Soft Skills
  : Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership in multi-stakeholder environments.
