The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of
technology, leadership, and customer delivery
. As Senior Manager, Technical Solutions, you'll lead a highly skilled team responsible for architecting, delivering, and optimizing complex customer integrations with a modern SaaS platform.

You'll act as a senior technical authority within the client services organization, partnering closely with customers, internal delivery teams, product, and engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and successful implementations. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems while building strong, repeatable delivery practices.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Technical Leadership & Solution Design

  • Own the technical strategy and execution for enterprise customer implementations and integrations
  • Act as a trusted technical partner to senior client stakeholders, guiding solution design decisions
  • Design integration approaches leveraging APIs, data models, and analytics tooling
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable technical architectures
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities

Operational Excellence

  • Establish and improve delivery processes that enable consistent, high-quality technical outcomes
  • Drive best practices around system configuration, versioning, and quality assurance
  • Balance responsiveness to customer needs with long-term scalability and maintainability
  • Improve intake, prioritization, and triage of technical requests across teams

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a small, high-performing technical solutions team
  • Create an environment that encourages ownership, curiosity, and structured problem-solving
  • Support team members as they navigate ambiguity and evolving customer requirements
  • Set clear expectations and provide hands-on guidance where needed

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise SaaS delivery
  • Strong background in API integrations, SQL-based data systems, and analytics or BI tooling
  • Experience working with enterprise or regulated customers (financial services a strong plus)
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring technical teams
  • Strong organizational skills with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfort operating in environments where requirements evolve and clarity is built through execution
