About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Client Care Coordinator to support a busy real estate business based out of 495 Wellington St West in downtown Toronto. This in-office role is ideal for someone with strong client service and administrative skills who enjoys helping people, managing details, and keeping things running smoothly.

Real estate experience is not required, but it's a plus. What's most important is a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Support

  • Track and coordinate client gifts, milestone dates, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update the CRM/database with client notes and information
  • Deliver warm, personalized service to ensure clients feel valued
  • Assist in the post-sale follow-up process and client care initiatives

Marketing & Event Coordination

  • Help organize client appreciation events and seasonal campaigns
  • Support content creation for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels
  • Assist with scheduling posts and managing the marketing calendar
  • Coordinate with vendors like photographers, stagers, and printers

Administrative Assistance

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the real estate agent
  • Organize and manage internal systems and digital files (e.g., Trello, Google Drive)
  • Keep websites and platforms updated with current materials and listings
  • Assist with general office duties as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or marketing
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms is a plus

Bonus (Not Required):

  • Exposure to real estate, CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss), or real estate admin tasks
