Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Live In Property Manager to oversee the operations of this property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property standards, managing tenant relations, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with property management software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Property Manager will play a key role in enhancing tenant satisfaction and optimizing property performance.

Compensation for this position will comprise of 2 parts: 1) Free rent in the property and 2) A percentage of revenues that the property earns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations of this 12 unit residential property, including short term rentals, maintenance, and tenant relations
  • Utilize property management software such as AirBNB for bookings.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Handle tenant inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain accurate records through administrative
  • Consider strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants to promote customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies regarding property management
  • Maintain the property to acceptable standards including the lawn, yard, sidewalks, etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management or related administrative roles is an asset
  • Proficiency property AirBNB software is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of property management practices, including tenant relations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $5,000.00-$15,000.00 per year
