2. Furnished Inventory

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of all furnished inventory, including condition tracking and replacement schedules.
  • Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and staging teams to ensure furnished suites are guest-ready.
  • Manage or support short-term listings (Airbnb experience considered a strong asset).
  • Oversee check-in/check-out documentation, photo records, and damage reporting for furnished and short-term units.

3. Administrative & Tenant Coordination

  • Act as the primary contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and general communications.
  • Prepare leases, renewals, rent increase notices, and other documents in compliance with company policies and provincial legislation.
  • Schedule and coordinate move-ins/outs, key handoffs, inspections, and file updates.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical tenant files with accuracy and attention to confidentiality.

4. Reporting & Owner Support

5. Maintenance & Vendor Coordination

  • Create and track maintenance work orders; follow up with tenants and vendors for timely completion.
  • Manage vendor scheduling and access coordination.
  • Reconcile invoices within portfolio and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Maintain the maintenance board and update internal systems daily.

6. Operational Excellence
