About the Role
We are seeking a
Clinical Quality Assurance Specialist
to ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of clinical services across our organization. This role is focused on
clinical oversight, quality monitoring, risk management, and continuous improvement
, working closely with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to maintain alignment with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Quality & Assurance
- Review and audit clinical documentation, protocols, and workflows
- Ensure alignment with clinical standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor clinical quality indicators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Risk Management & Patient Safety
- Identify clinical risks and support mitigation strategies
- Participate in incident reviews, complaint handling, and root cause analyses
- Flag safety, ethical, or legal concerns and recommend corrective actions
Governance & Compliance
- Support clinical governance processes and quality frameworks
- Contribute to standardization of clinical procedures and policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of quality-related decisions
Research & Development
- Support the design, review, and evaluation of clinical programs and interventions
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based protocols and care models
- Collaborate with teams on innovation, pilots, and new service development
- Support measurement frameworks and quality metrics
Collaboration & Training
- Work with interdisciplinary teams on decisions with clinical impact
- Support clinical training, alignment sessions, and quality briefings
- Communicate and explore opportunities for Simiaroom
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Ph.D or Msc in mental health, psychology, healthcare, or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, professional standards, and Epidemiology
- Understanding of psychotherapy approaches and clinical decision-making
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Persian and English
- Ability to manage risk, sensitive cases, and conflicting perspectives
- High level of professional integrity and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in international or multi-system healthcare environments
- Exposure to health-tech or digital mental health services
- Experience with clinical audits, incident management, or quality improvement programs
