Johnson & Johnson Surgical Vision, a division of Johnson & Johnson (Canada) recruiting a Clinical Sales Associate.
- The Clinical Sales Associate provides product and procedural technical support and service, on the safe and effective use of JJSV products with health care professionals.
- Builds strong relationships with nursing staff and identifies potential gaps that need to be addressed with staff on safe use of JJSV products.
- Leverages case activity to identify opportunities to expand sales;
- Supports Premium Product Specialist and Account Executives to execute the established account strategy.
- Supports regional efforts of providing appropriate case coverage and technical expertise across a specific region (specific accounts to be determined by RBM). Learn more at
Key Responsibilities
- Case Coverage and Support safe and effective Use of JJSV Products
- Support Administrative and product issues as required
- Ongoing Compliance Training, Sales and product learning curriculum
- Work collaboratively as an active member of the Scientific and Professional Affairs team to stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in medical Clinical sales events and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Create and manage a project management system to track the progress of all sponsorships and ensure compliance
Profile Wanted
- Preferred Area of Study: Business and Health Sciences
- Healthcare related experience; prior sales / customer service experience
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive event strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key healthcare stakeholders
- Experience managing cross functional partners and external vendor relationships. Provide guidance and oversight to ensure the efficient and effective execution of events.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Strong digital acumen including event management tools and platforms
- Experience managing contracts as well as experience with payments and budget management
- A valid driver's license is required.
- French Bilingual essential
