The Opportunity

Atlantic Lottery (AL) is looking for a Training & Content Coordinator to join our Customer Care team in Moncton. In this dynamic role, you'll design and deliver impactful training programs, create engaging content, and manage knowledge tools that support both our Customer Care Centre (CCC) employees and customer-facing self-serve platforms.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure our training and knowledge resources are effective, accessible, and continuously evolving.

Salary Band: $62,600 - $93,600 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).

Work Location: Office or Hybrid option working from Moncton, NB

  • Onboarding/Probation: Full-time in-office for the first 6 months.
  • After Probation: You can choose to either continue working full-time in the office or switch to our hybrid model, which means working remotely 2 days per week and working in the office for the remaining 3 days.

What You'll Be Doing

Training & Development

  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to Customer Care needs
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning plans
  • Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions with Leads and departmental leaders
  • Create course materials for classroom, coaching, and digital formats
  • Lead validation activities, exams, and training plan reviews

Knowledge Management

  • Maintain and evolve knowledge content and tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Ensure content is current, accessible, and easy to navigate
  • Capture updates from new initiatives and process changes
  • Promote knowledge sharing across teams and partners

Performance & Process Improvement

  • Use analytics to measure training effectiveness and engagement
  • Recommend and implement improvements to training and content processes
  • Stay current with departmental tools and technologies


What you'll need
Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Business, HR, Communications, Adult Education-or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years in training and content development, ideally in a Customer Service environment
  • Experience with needs assessments, content creation, and leadership training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ServiceNow
  • Must be 19+ and reside in Atlantic Canada
