As an Inside sales specialist, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our client base. Your mission will be to promote our products and services while delivering exceptional customer service and representing the company with professionalism.

INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

Reporting to the Customer Service and Continuous Improvement Manager, the Inside sales specialist will be responsible for promoting our products and services while building strong relationships with clients and contractors. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients;
  • Present the benefits and uses of our products or services to clients;
  • Evaluate pricing, credit or contract terms, and delivery schedules;
  • Provide after-sales service as well as support following customer loss;
  • Analyze and propose fixed pricing options when relevant;
  • Review sales contracts and prepare related documentation;
  • Evaluate the profitability of each sale;
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, the service department, and customer service specialists;
  • Ensure data accuracy in the computerized system;
  • Develop and analyze customer service and profitability reports;
  • Engage with customers who are dissatisfied or considering switching suppliers;
  • Work to retain accounts by offering solutions and demonstrating value;
  • Analyze territory potential and monitor reports and business situations;
  • Manage client relationships, resolve issues, and optimize their experience with our company;
  • Support continuous improvement and team sales goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma;
  • College diploma in sales, business administration, or any related field (or a combination of education and experience)
  • Sales experience an asset, or a strong interest in learning
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and calm under pressure
  • Experience dealing with difficult or frustrated customers
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to maintain existing client relationships via phone and email;
  • Ability to design and present solutions tailored to client needs;
  • Experience in face-to-face client meetings to build long-term relationships;
  • Fluency in both French and English;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Petro Plus systems (an asset)

SPÉCIALISTE EN VENTES INTERNES

Relevant du Gestionnaire service client et amélioration continue, le Spécialiste en ventes internes sera chargé de promouvoir nos produits et services tout en établissant des relations solides avec les clients et les entrepreneurs. Le titulaire du poste devra également offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et représenter l'entreprise avec professionnalisme.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients ;
  • Présenter les avantages et les utilisations de nos produits ou services aux clients ;
  • Évaluer les prix, les conditions de crédit ou de contrat, ainsi que les calendriers de livraison;
  • Assurer le service après-vente ainsi que le soutien en cas de perte de client ;
  • Analyser et proposer des options de tarification fixe lorsque cela est pertinent ;
  • Examiner les contrats de vente et préparer la documentation connexe ;
  • Évaluer la rentabilité de chaque vente ;
  • Collaborer avec les représentants des ventes, le service technique et les spécialistes du service à la clientèle ;
  • Assurer l'exactitude des données dans le système informatisé ;
  • Développer et analyser les rapports sur le service à la clientèle et la rentabilité ;
  • Interagir avec les clients insatisfaits ou envisageant de changer de fournisseur ;
  • Travailler à la rétention des comptes en proposant des solutions et en démontrant notre valeur ;
  • Analyser le potentiel du territoire et surveiller les rapports et les situations commerciales ;
  • Gérer les relations clients, résoudre les problèmes et optimiser leur expérience avec notre entreprise ;
  • Soutenir l'amélioration continue et les objectifs de vente de l'équipe.

EXIGENCES REQUISES

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ;
  • Diplôme collégial en administration des affaires ou tout autre domaine connexe (ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience) ;
  • Expérience en vente un atout, ou un fort intérêt à apprendre ;
  • Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle ;
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en écoute ;
  • Grande capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à garder son calme sous pression ;
  • Expérience avec une clientèle difficile ou frustrée ;
  • Approche centrée sur le client et axée sur les solutions ;
  • Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes ;
  • Capacité à entretenir les relations avec les clients existants par téléphone et courriel ;
  • Capacité à concevoir et présenter des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients ;
  • Expérience en rencontres clients en personne pour bâtir des relations à long terme ;
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ;
  • Connaissance des systèmes Salesforce et Petro Plus (un atout).
