Summary

We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to deliver top-notch earthworks services, contributing to various projects within the industrial and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Operate skid steer loaders safely and efficiently on job sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute excavation and earthmoving tasks.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience operating skid steers and other heavy equipment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with construction practices is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
