Key Responsibilities for the Job:

Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial recordsPerform account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and general ledger accountsAssist with the preparation of financial statements and month-end/year-end closing activitiesSupport accounts payable functions across multiple entities, ensuring accurate processing and coding of complex invoicesCoordinate vendor communication and paymentsContribute to financial reporting

Experience & Attributes for Success:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field)CPA designation or actively working toward CPA is considered an asset and highly preferredOne to two years of accounting experience in a similar or junior-level accounting roleFamiliarity with Sage 50 is idealStrong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a flexible and adaptable approach
