Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with selecting gifts and souvenirs
  • Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing

  • Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
  • Handle customer inquiries both in person and via phone with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette

  • Support promotional activities and special events within the shop

Skills
