What We're Looking For

Are you available from December 15 to March 31 and looking to earn extra income without committing to a full-time schedule?

Our Snow Removal position typically involves 4–8 days of work per month — during or after each snowfall — making it ideal for students, contractors, or anyone seeking a flexible winter side job.

Your Responsibilities

Timeliness:

This is our number one priority and is non-negotiable.

You can start as early as you'd like, but no later than 8:00 AM.

Please note that power equipment cannot be used before 7:00 AM.

Quality:

All properties must be maintained in excellent condition with consistent, detail-oriented service — driveways cleared down to the surface, with no tire tracks or missed areas.

Job Requirements

Driver's License & Transportation:

  • You must have a valid driver's license and your own vehicle to travel between properties.
  • If you're assigned 10 or more properties, you are required to have a truck or a vehicle with a trailer hitch.

Tool Requirements

Employees must have the following professional-grade tools:

  • Shovel
  • Scraper
  • Backpack blower suitable for snow removal

If assigned 10 or more driveways, a snow thrower or snow blower is required.

Tool Rental Program (Optional)

If you don't have the required tools, you can rent them from us at affordable monthly rates:

  • Backpack Blower: $60/month
  • Shovel and Scraper: $15/month
  • Snow Thrower: $80/month
  • Cargo Carrier: $40/month

Compensation

Each contractor or employee is typically assigned 5–15 driveways, providing a stable monthly income.

You'll know exactly what to expect financially, regardless of how often it snows.

  • Payment Structure: Based on driveway size, ranging from $127–$200 per driveway per month.
  • Example: 10 driveways at $150/month = $1,500 monthly income.
  • Payment Schedule: Paid bi-weekly — half on the 7th and half on the 22nd of each month.
  • Guarantee: You keep your monthly payment even if it doesn't snow.
