Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Front-End Developer to join our team. This role requires an expert in Webflow development and a master of core front-end technologies. You will be responsible for translating design wireframes into functional, high-performance websites. Your work is critical to our digital presence, ensuring our web properties are responsive, visually compelling, and built to the highest standards of quality and performance.

  What You'll Do 

Your primary duties will involve the complete lifecycle of front-end development, from conception to deployment. You will:

  • Design, develop, and deploy responsive websites and landing pages using the Webflow platform
  • Implement custom interactions, animations, and integrations to create dynamic user experiences
  • Collaborate directly with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless project execution and technical feasibility
  • Guarantee cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all web applications, performing rigorous testing to identify and resolve issues
  • Maintain and optimize existing websites for maximum speed, scalability, and security
  • Manage website content and structure within the Webflow CMS, empowering marketing teams with user-friendly tools
  • Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and Webflow platform updates to drive continuous improvement
  • Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers 
  What You'll Bring

To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualifications. These are non-negotiable requirements for consideration.

  • 5-7 years experience in a similar scoped role
  • Official Webflow Certification is mandatory
  • Demonstrable proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Proven experience building complex, responsive websites from the ground up
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your Webflow projects and front-end development capabilities
  • Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
  • Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
The base salary pay range for this position is $85,000-95,000 and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
