Front End Developer – Remote

Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain user-facing features using modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive design principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and product managers to create efficient and scalable solutions. Optimize web pages for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility. Maintain and improve existing front-end codebases through continuous optimization and refactoring. Debug issues, perform code reviews, and ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards. Stay up to date with the latest web development trends, frameworks, and tools. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Front End Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) . Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. Experience with version control tools such as Git . Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and modern responsive design techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Experience 2–5 years of professional experience in front-end web development. Prior remote working experience is an added advantage. Portfolio or links to past work demonstrating UI/UX implementation are preferred. Working Hours Flexible working hours with core collaboration time between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT or as per project requirements) . Full-time remote position with occasional virtual team meetings. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Deep understanding of front-end architecture and web performance optimization. Strong grasp of design aesthetics and attention to pixel-perfect details. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
