About Us
We specialize in high-quality residential renovation projects—kitchens, bathrooms, basement conversions, and aging-in-place adaptations. Our team values mentorship, collaboration, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Position Overview
This is an entry-level project management role designed for someone with some exposure to residential renovation or construction work. You'll assist with planning, coordinating, and executing renovation jobs—from client contact through close‑out—while developing skills and experience to step into a full Project Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing project schedules, scopes, and budgets.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site crews for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and accessibility upgrades.
- Monitor daily progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and client expectations.
- Support change order management: assessing impacts, documenting approvals, communicating adjustments.
- Attend and contribute to project meetings; help draft and distribute meeting minutes and progress reports.
- Assist in obtaining permits, coordinating inspections, and managing client sign-offs.
- Support procurement: sourcing materials, tracking orders, reviewing invoices.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, senior PM, site superintendents, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in residential renovation, especially kitchens, bathrooms, basements, or aging‑in‑place modifications.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong client-facing skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, permit processes
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to local job sites.
- Familiarity with reading architectural/permit drawings (MEP, structural).
Growth Path
- Phase 1 (Junior PM): Work under the supervision of a senior Project Manager to build core skills in scheduling, budgeting, communication, and operations.
- Phase 2 (Transition PM): Assume leading responsibility on select small‑scale projects; mentor junior team members.
- Phase 3 (Full Project Manager): Independently manage multiple renovation projects end‑to‑end, including client interfacing, budgeting, scheduling, and team oversight.
What We Offer
- Hands-on training and mentorship toward full PM responsibilities.
- Exposure to a variety of renovation types—kitchens, bathrooms, basements, accessibility upgrades.
- Competitive compensation, performance incentives.
- Supportive team culture focused on growth, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction
- Comprehensive benefits package after 3 month probationary period
