Location: 1650 Elgin Mills Road East

JEI Learning Center is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to help promote our academic programs, generate leads, and grow student enrollment. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to market educational programs, create compelling promotional content, and actively follow up with prospective families.

Responsibilities

  • Promote JEI Learning Center programs to families and the local community
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, messages, and digital channels
  • Create sales- and marketing-focused content for social media and promotions
  • Support enrollment efforts by converting inquiries into registrations
  • Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal enrollment drives
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and enrollment results
  • Collaborate with the education and management team to align messaging

Who You Are

  • Sales-driven and comfortable following up with prospective parents
  • Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
  • Creative in developing marketing ideas and promotional content
  • Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
  • Passionate about helping students succeed through education

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media and local marketing strategies
  • Experience in generating and converting leads
  • Ability to create promotional content and outreach messaging
  • Comfortable working in an education-focused environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in education, tutoring centers, or child-focused programs
  • CRM, email marketing, or community outreach experience
  • Bilingual skills (a plus, Cantonese, Mandarin or Korean)
